One Year of Monday Musings

Today marks 1 whole year of Monday Musings! That’s around 48 blog posts that we have shared with you covering all sorts of health and wellness topics! What started as a way for Lyndsey to write without having to use Instagram has turned into a really lovely anchor that so many people have written to us to say what a difference some of our posts have made in their lives! We are so grateful for every single person who reads, clicks, and gives feedback about our Monday Musings. If you don’t know this already, Lyndsey really loves to write and it brings her so much joy to know that the lessons she has learned on her own journey have been meaningful to you too.
