Total Relaxation

You know by now that I am a big lover of guided meditation, listening to the soothing sounds of someones voice as they gently guide you from your tangled thoughts to a place of utter tranquility, to me, is pure bliss.

I use a lot of guided meditations in my yoga classes and our SLAM family rave about them.

In these unprecedented times I wanted to share with you one of our class favourites. It’s a lovely journey to total relaxation and perfect if you’ve had one of those days, weeks or lets face it years(!) where you just need a moment to switch off.
